Ghost Bath refers to the act of ending one’s own life by submerging in a body of water.
A depressive rock and roll act, the band began in 2013 as a one-man project with a Self-Titled EP. Since then, they’ve released five studio albums on Nuclear Blast and have toured around the world.
The band started in October of 2013 with the release of their self-titled EP on Solitude Productions (China.) This was followed by their debut LP titled, “Funeral,” which was released on Pest Productions (China) in June of 2014. The band’s highly acclaimed “Moonlover” was released on Northern Silence Productions (Germany) in 2015 In 2016, the band was signed by Nuclear Blast Records through which they released a trilogy of albums; Moonlover (reissue), Starmourner, and Self Loather. They ‘ve since toured extensively around the world, offering their brand of depressive rock and roll to the masses, and gaining a loyal following of fans drawn in by their emotional and melodic songs soundscapes.
In 2025 Nuclear Blast will release their new album, Rose Thorn Necklace, along with a re-pressing of their cult classic, Funeral, on vinyl record. ALL previous albums will be available in Europe on Vinyl Record (Moonlover, Starmourner, Self Loather) in October of 2024.
